Terraced three-bay two-storey house, built c.1870, having a single-bay shopfront to the west end of the main façade (south). Built as part of a pair with the building adjacent to the west (15310021). Pitched natural slate roof having a red brick chimneystack to either end (east and west). Red brick walls having a moulded brick eaves cornice with saw-tooth detail. Rendered finish to the gable end (east) having brick quoin detail. Segmental-headed window openings with replacement windows. Two segmental-headed doorways having replacement glazed timber doors with plain overlights above. Timber shopfront has timber pilasters with console brackets supporting fascia board over. Road-fronted towards the west end of Mullingar.
