Terraced three-bay two-storey house, built c.1820. One of a terrace of four. Pitched artificial slate roof with cast-iron rainwater goods and a (shared) rendered chimneystack to the east end. Rendered walls over rendered plinth. Square-headed window openings with cut stone sills and replacement windows. Square-headed door opening with cut stone block-and-start door surround and timber panelled door and brass fittings. Road-fronted towards centre of Ballynacarrigy.
