Detached three-bay two-storey over basement former rectory, built c.1847, now in use as private residence. Projecting full-height canted-bay to south west side elevation with hipped roof over. Hipped natural slate roof with blue clay ridge tiles, paired central chimneystacks, stepped stone cornice at eaves level and cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls with rendered quoins to corners and a cut-stone string course at ground floor level. Square-headed window openings with two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Central segmental-headed doorcase with rendered reveals, panelled timber door with side panels and with a simple fanlight over. Flight of limestone steps flanked by stone plinth wall and metal railings over gives access to doorway. Set back from road in mature landscaped grounds. Coursed rubble limestone wall to northeast side of house having entrance gates to rear yard (west). Two-storey rubble stone outbuilding to rear (west) having a pitched slate roof, brick detailing to the openings, cast-iron rainwater goods, timber sash windows and timber sheeted doors. Cut-stone gate-posts and cast-iron gate to entrance (northeast).
