Terraced single-bay three-storey house, built c.1830. Renovated c.1995. Pitched artificial slate roof with a shared rendered chimneystack in pitch to rear, set at angle, to the south end. Cement rendered walls with square-headed window openings having replacement casement windows. Round-headed doorcase to the south end with rendered block-and-start surround and a timber panelled door with plain fanlight over. Road-fronted.
