Detached three-bay single-storey former worker's house, built c.1820, with modern extension to rear and outbuilding to west. Now in use as a private dwelling. Located at road side. Half-hipped slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with timber sash window. Pointed-arched window openings with Y-tracery to east-facing side elevation and stone outbuilding. Square-headed door opening with timber battened door.
