Terraced two-bay two-storey house, built c.1810, with shopfront inserted to ground floor. Fronts directly onto street. Now in use as offices. Pitched slate roof with terracotta ridge tiles, rendered chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Smooth rendered facade with string course to first floor sill level. Timber sash windows with stone sills. Replacement shopfront with central square-headed door opening with replacement glazed timber door, flanked by display windows surmounted on rendered stallrisers and pilasters. Pilasters supporting fascia and cornice.
