Detached two-bay single-storey Electricity Supply Board substation, built in 1949. Set within own site. Pitched slate roof. Rendered walls. Square-headed openings to front elevation with rendered surround and timber doors. Blind round-headed opening to side elevations. Date plaque to front elevation. Rendered wall with gate bounds site.
