Detached two-bay single-storey former gate lodge, built c.1800, abutting boundary wall of Saint Conleth's Reformatory, with shed to rear, set within its own garden. Now used as a private dwelling. Pitched tiled roof with lead ridge tiles, rendered chimneystack and some cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed window opening, replacement uPVC windows and stone sills. Round-headed door opening with tooled door surround, replacement timber door and replacement fanlight. Set behind iron railings.
