Detached four-bay three-storey former industrial building, built c.1820, with integral carriage arch to south-east. Now derelict. Hipped slate roof with terracotta ridge tiles, cast-iron rainwater goods and timber vents. Red brick walls with cast-iron tie bar plates. Timber framed window openings with timber sills. Red brick archway to yard. Set in own yard with modern wall.
