Detached two-bay single-storey former toll house, built c.1800, now in use as private dwelling. Comprising a canted bay and a recessed bay, with return and extension to rear. Hipped tile roofs with rendered chimneystack. Roughcast rendered walls with recessed blind arches and impost mouldings. Timber sash windows with stone sills.
