Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1830, with projecting porch. Pitched slate roof with red brick chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Square-headed openings with timber sash windows with convex horns and stone sills. Slate roofed porch with square-headed opening, timber battened door and overlight. Single-storey extension to rear. Bounded by hedge with cast-iron gate.
