Detached L-plan multiple-bay two-storey former water mill, built c.1800, now in use as an agricultural outbuilding. Whitewashed rubble limestone walls and pitched slate and corrugated-iron roof. Square-headed openings with timber lintels. Loft level accessed via flight of steps at north end of building and lit by slit windows.
