Detached summer house, c.1840, with three-bay single-storey ashlar façade having balustraded roof terrace. Set into steep garden bank, flanked by flights of curved steps and ranges of greenhouses. Vaulted with balustraded terrace above. Glass monopitched roofs with decorative metal cresting to greenhouses. Ashlar limestone walls surmounted by balustrade. Four-centred arch with ashlar voussoirs, timber glazing to warehouses, timber half-glazed panelled doors to greenhouses.
