Semi-detached two-bay two-storey house, built 1938, with oriel window, open internal porch and front railings. Double-pitched and hipped roof, fibre cement slates, corniced, rendered chimney stack. Nap rendered walls. Oriel window, single pane deal sash windows, round-headed ope to open internal porch, glazed deal door, tripartite sash window below oriel. Simple wrought-iron railings and gate to site.
