Semi-detached four-bay two-storey house over raised basement, c.1860, with round-headed door opening and integral carriageway arch. Cast-iron railings to site. Double-pitched roof, artificial slates, projecting eaves course, large rendered chimney stack, cast-iron ogee gutters. Rendered ruled and lined walls, painted, raised quoins to right hand side. Stone cills, six over six pane deal sash windows, round-headed door ope with bracketed timber, doorcase and sheet glass fanlight, panelled door, c.1985, four-centred carriage arch with pair of T & G deal doors. Low limestone plinth wall and cast-iron railings to area, stone steps up to entrance door, single-storey outhouse to rear with double pitch corrugated iron roof.
