Semi-detached three-bay two-storey house over raised basement, c.1860, with round-headed door opening. Cast-iron railings to site. Double-pitched roof, artificial slates, projecting eaves, uPVC gutters, rendered chimney stack. Rendered ruled and lined walls, painted, raised quoins to left hand side. Stone cills, uPVC casement windows, round-headed door ope with moulded compo hood and remains of bracketed timber doorcase, two panel deal door. Cast-iron railings to basement area, limestone steps up to front door.
