End-of-terrace three-bay two-storey house with integral carriageway arch, built 1895, having coursed rubble limestone façade and brick dressings. Window openings refitted and entrance doorway repositioned c.1985. Now also in use as offices. Double-pitched roof, natural slates, cast-iron ogee gutters, brick chimney stacks. Coursed rubble limestone walls, brick dressings including flush quoins and moulded brick eaves and string courses, blind brick panel over door. Stone cills, flush brick dressings, original door ope - converted into window ope, new entrance in carriageway, hardwood replacement windows - sashes and casements, pair of wrought-iron gates, c.1985.
