Terraced three-bay two-storey former house, c.1880, with integral carriageway arch. Exposed rubble façade with brick dressings to openings, round-headed door opening, and bracketed timber shopfront. Now also in use as retail outlet. Double-pitched roof, artificial slates, deal fascia, uPVC gutters, brick chimney stacks. Exposed uncoursed rubble limestone walls. Stone cills, painted, flush brick dressings to window opes, two pane deal sash windows, round-headed door, sheet glass fanlight, segmental-headed carriage archway, timber shopfront - panelled pilasters and carved brackets, c.1890, shop window screen refitted c.1980.
