What is recorded here

Terraced four-bay three-storey former house, built 1878. Timber shopfront refitted, ground floor converted into multiple units and rear extensions added c.1975. Now in use as retail outlet. Double-pitched roof, natural slates, iron gutters, rendered chimney stacks. Nap rendered walls, quoins, painted, large projecting sign, brick columns to rear elevation. Stone cills - painted, moulded architraves, single pane deal sash windows, full-width timber shopfront. Concrete ramp to rear with steel balustrade.
