Single-storey extension and two-storey return to rear. Shopfront refitted c.1985. Converted to retail outlet c.2000. Double-pitched roof, natural slates, uPVC gutters, brick chimney stacks. Red brick walls laid in Flemish bond, polychrome brick dressings, flush limestone quoins, nap rendered - side, moulded brick bracketed eaves. Limestone cills, single pane deal sash windows, full-width timber shopfront, c.1985, multi-paned timber sash windows and matchboard door to return. Detached single-storey open shed in rear yard with monopitch corrugated iron roof.
