What is recorded here

Well house, built 1858, consisting of partially underground vaulted chamber, enclosed well, flight of six limestone steps and pair of gate piers with an inscribed plaque. Ashlar limestone piers, inscribed plaque - 'Thubberorum rebuilt A.D. 1858 by Navan T.C.'. Remains of wrought-iron lamp holder. Pair of nested dressed rubble stone segment arches.
