Terraced two-bay two-storey house, built 1897, with decorative ridge tiles and moulded brick detailing. Openings refitted. Double-pitched roof, natural slates, decorative clay ridge tiles, cast-iron ogee gutters and box downpipe. Brick walls with moulded string course, impost hood moulding and eaves course. Stone cills, hardwood casement windows, hardwood door, segmental-headed ground floor opes, rounded arrises to door opening. Detached two-storey outhouse with monopitched corrugated iron roof, painted nap render walls and timber matchboard door to upper level.
