Detached seven-bay two-storey former fever hospital, c.1830, with three-storey rear wing and round-headed carved stone doorcase. Single-bay two-storey end extensions added and openings refitted. Now in use as ambulance control centre. Double-pitched and hipped roof, natural slates - tarred, two small brick chimney stacks, ogee gutters. Exposed uncoursed rubble stonework to walls with flush quoins, carved stone framed panel - uninscribed, projecting roundels. Stone cills, brick window opening surrounds, uPVC casement windows, carved stone doorcase to round-headed opening with roll moulding, hood moulding, simple timber fanlight and replacement hardwood, panelled door.
