Corner-sited detached three-bay two-storey over basement house, c.1800, with round-headed rusticated stone doorcase. Openings refitted and cantilevered outshoot toilet added to side. Now in use as flats. Double-pitched roof, rendered stacks, fibre cement slates, uPVC gutters, deal fascia. Nap rendered and painted façade, rough dash rendered sides and rear, rounded arris at corner of Mill Lane. Concrete cills, ground floor window opes possibly enlarged, patent reveals, deal casement windows, round-headed Gibbsian stone doorcase with carved architrave, sheet glass fanlight and replacement door.
