Double-pitched roof, two brick chimney stacks, natural slates, uPVC gutters, cast-iron downpipes. Exposed coursed rubble limestone walls with flush brick dressings to opes. Patent reveals, panelled deal door, c.1995, two pane deal sash windows - ground floor, six over three pane deal sash windows - first floor. Detached shed to site.
