Detached single-storey privy, built c. 1880. Rectangular-plan with circular conically-roofed south end. Pitched slate roofs, clay ridge tiles, no gutters. Unpainted ruled-and-lined smooth rendered walling, projecting eaves corbel course. Square-headed window opening to south end, rendered sill, smooth rendered reveals, painted timber two-over-two sliding sash window. Square-headed door openings, smooth rendered reveals, painted timber vertically-sheeted doors. Set to east of main service buildings with two privies accessed from small service yard and circular privy accessed from east side, unpainted smooth rendered ruled-and-lined walls connect structure to buildings to north and south.
