Detached two-bay two-storey house, built c. 1850. Pitched slate roof, red brick corbelled chimneystacks with cut stone caps, moulded cast-iron gutters on scalloped painted timber fascia, square cast-iron downpipes. Lime-washed walling, painted quoins and plinth. Square-headed window openings, painted moulded render kneed and lugged surrounds, painted stone sills, painted timber one-over-one sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening, moulded render pedimented lugged surround with finial, painted timber four-panel door. Located at end of cul-de-sac, garden to east with single-storey outbuildings, lime-washed rubble stone wall, gates. Quonset hut to west.
