Pitched slate roofs, clay ridge tiles, painted smooth rendered corbelled chimneystacks, flat-capped chimneystack with clay pots to north section, painted stone verge coping and stucco detailing to west gable, uPVC gutters on eaves corbel course to south, overhanging eaves with painted timber soffit to north, cast-iron gutters on timber fascia, circular cast-iron downpipes; painted crested ridge tiles and decorated bargeboards to porch. Painted roughcast rendered walling, painted projecting plinth, raised block-and-start quoins to south; painted smooth rendered walling to porch. Square-headed window openings, painted smooth rendered reveals and soffits, painted stone sills, painted timber sliding sash windows, six-over-six panes east ground floor south elevation and north section, paired four-over-one west ground floor south elevation, one-over-one panes to west extension, two-over-two and six-over-three to north; timber casement windows to first floor. Square-headed door opening to porch, painted timber vertically-sheeted half-door. Set in own grounds; pitched outbuildings attached to east and west, two-storey stone outbuilding with slate roof, square-headed window and door openings, painted timber vertically-sheeted doors and steps to east elevation first floor to east, single-storey painted stone outbuilding with corrugated-iron roof and square-headed openings to west; bounded by white-washed rubble walls, wrought-iron gates; garden to south with painted roughcast wall to south, saddle-coping, square piers with pebbledash panels, moulded caps on corbels; street to west.
