Detached four-bay two-storey former farmhouse, built c. 1860. Rectangular-plan with single-storey flat-roofed porch to west, square-profile single-storey flat-roofed bay windows, square-profile two-storey hipped roof bay to east, attached house built c. 1830 to north. Pitched and hipped slate roofs, red clay crested pierced ridge tiles, clay hip tiles, red brick corbelled chimneystacks, decorative terracotta chimney pots, rendered eaves course, moulded cast-iron gutters, circular cast-iron downpipes. Unpainted pebbledash walling to west, painted pebbledash walling to east, smooth rendered plinth; unpainted smooth rendered walling to square-profiled bay windows, projecting plinths. Square-headed window openings, unpainted moulded render surrounds, granite sills, one-over-one timber sliding sash windows; shouldered moulded surrounds to bay windows, multiple-paned timber casement windows. Square-headed door opening, painted timber porch, timber panelled double doors flanked by engaged paired Tuscan pilasters with sidelights. Set within gravelled drive, lawn to west, cast-iron railings on rendered plinths. Former farmyard to east.
