Detached five-bay, two-storey former corn mill, built c. 1820, now in use as museum. Rectangular-plan, two-storey return to north-west, timber water wheel to east gable. Hipped slate roof, clay ridge and hip tiles, aluminium gutters. Coursed rubble limestone walling. Square-headed window openings, red brick voussoirs, block-and-start surrounds, sills, timber casement windows. Square-headed door opening, red brick voussoirs, block-and-start surround, dressed limestone plinth, timber vertically sheeted door. Two-storey stable building to west, pitched slate roof, clay ridge tiles, coursed limestone rubble walling, square-headed window openings, red brick block-and-start surrounds and sills, two-over-two timber casement windows, square-headed door opening, red brick surround timber vertically sheeted half-door. Located on outskirts of Dunleer, beside private dwelling c. 1940, accessed by unpaved road from main road, open to the public, acting as museum of milling.
