Terraced two-bay two-storey house with attic, built c. 1880. Dormer window to east, two-storey pitched roof return to west. Pitched slate roof, clay crested ridge tiles, red brick corbelled chimneystack, painted timber bargeboards and finial to dormer window, moulded cast-iron gutters on paired yellow brick brackets, red brick corbelled eaves course, square-profiled cast-iron downpipes. Red brick walling laid in Flemish bond, projecting red and yellow brick plinth, yellow brick string course to sill level of ground and first floors, flush yellow brick string course to lintel level of first floor. Square-headed window openings to ground and first floor, moulded brick reveals and soffits, granite sills, projecting yellow brick cornice to ground floor windows; round-headed window opening to dormer; painted timber one-over-one sliding sash windows. Round-headed door opening, flanked by brick pilasters, moulded brick arch, decorative yellow brick keystone, painted timber door with six flat panels, brass door furniture, plain-glazed fanlight; granite threshold approached by red and black tiled entrance path. House set back slightly from street, front site bounded to east by granite plinth wall surmounted by cast-iron railings.
