Detached twenty-one bay, two-storey stone former cotton weaving mill, built c. 1860, now in ruin. Rectangular-plan, pedimented breakfront to centre of south elevation. No roof remains, ashlar limestone stringcourse surmounted by stone corbels supporting ashlar limestone cornice to parapet. Roughly coursed rubble limestone walling, tooled ashlar limestone stringcourse to lintel level of ground floor, rock-faced limestone block-and-start quoins breakfront and south elevation, ashlar limestone continuous sill course to first floor windows of pediment, carved limestone plaque with roll-moulded surround to tympanum. Round-headed window openings to ground floor, rock-faced limestone voussiors; segmental-headed window openings to first floor, rock-faced limestone voussiors, limestone sills, some painted timber casement windows remain; five round-headed arcaded openings to first floor of breakfront, rock-faced limestone voussiors, arches supported on tooled limestone columns with decorative capitals. Round-headed door opening to centre of breakfront. Situated within industrial complex.
