Freestanding granite Gothic Revival memorial, dated 1878, comprising octagonal lantern on a square pedestal having pinnacles and spirelet over. Portland stone west plaque reads: "In memory of/Thomas/Third Viscount de Vesci/this fountain is erected/by a grateful tenantry/A.D. 1878" J. Rawson Carroll was architect. Crest to east plaque.
