Terraced three-bay two-storey, built c. 1830, with integral carriage arch to west bay. Pitched slate roof, synthetic ridge tiles, two tall render profiled chimneystacks, one shared with adjoining house to the west, both with clay pots. Plastic rainwater goods. Painted ruled-and-lined rendered walling, smooth rendered plinth course. Square-headed window openings moulded render architrave surrounds and painted concrete sills, with decorative rendered keystones to ground floor. Replacement uPVC windows to both floors. Square-headed door opening, tongue and groove timber door with rectangular overlight. Square-headed carriage arch, tongue-and-groove timber door.
