Detached four-bay three-storey flour mill, c.1825, on an L-shaped plan with single-bay three-storey gabled projecting end bay to right having three-bay single-storey mono-pitched infill range to corner. In use as corn mill, 1903. Now disused and partly derelict. Pitched slate roof on an L-shaped plan (forming hip to corner; mono-pitched to infill range) with terracotta ridge tiles, gabled vent to apex having louvered panels, and remains of cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Unpainted rendered walls over random rubble limestone construction. Square-headed window openings with no sills, concealed dressings including timber lintels, and fixed-pane timber windows. Square-headed door opening with concealed dressings, and fittings now missing. Set in own grounds on bank of Black Water River with traces of mill race to site.
