Detached five-bay two-storey house, c.1900, incorporating fabric of earlier house, pre-1840, on site with two-bay single-storey flat-roofed projecting entrance bay to left ground floor, and box bay window to right ground floor. Mostly refenestrated. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, rendered coping having finials to apexes, rooflights, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Flat roof to entrance bay not visible behind parapet. Unpainted rendered, ruled and lined walls with rendered piers to ends, and rendered concave coping to parapet to entrance bay. Square-headed window openings (possibly originally in tripartite arrangement to entrance bay and to box bay window) with concrete sills, rendered surrounds, and replacement uPVC casement windows to front (south) elevation retaining one-over-one timber sash windows to remainder. Square-headed door opening with replacement glazed uPVC panelled door having sidelights. Set back from road in own grounds. (ii) Detached nine-bay single-storey outbuilding with half-attic, c.1900, on a U-shaped plan possibly incorporating fabric of earlier range, pre-1840, comprising three-bay single-storey central block with three-bay single-storey perpendicular ranges with one having series of three camber-headed carriageways. Now disused. Pitched slate roof on a U-shaped plan with clay ridge tiles, rendered tapered chimney stacks, and no rainwater goods surviving on rendered rubble stone eaves. Overgrown (ivy-clad) unpainted rendered walls over random rubble stone construction. Square-headed window openings with sills not visible, lintels, and remains of timber fittings. Square-headed door openings with lintels, and remains of timber fittings. Series of three camber-headed carriageways with red brick block-and-start surrounds incorporating voussoirs, and no fittings surviving.
