Detached seven-bay two-storey house, c.1775, possibly originally five-bay two-storey. Refenestrated, c.1925. Hipped slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, and iron rainwater goods on slightly overhanging rendered eaves. Painted roughcast walls with painted rendered strips to corners. Square-headed window openings with cut-limestone sills, rendered surrounds having chamfered reveals, and replacement one-over-one timber sash windows, c.1925. Square-headed door openings with cut-limestone steps, rendered surrounds having chamfered reveals, and timber panelled door having overlight (replacement uPVC panelled door, c.2000, to right having overlight). Interior with timber panelled shutters to window openings. Set back from road in own grounds. (ii) Detached single-bay single-storey gable-fronted coach house, c.1825, to west with elliptical-headed carriageway. Now in use as outbuilding. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, and no rainwater goods surviving on rendered eaves. Unpainted rendered walls over random rubble stone construction. Elliptical-headed carriageway with concealed dressings, and no fittings.
