Detached two-bay single-storey school, c.1825, with single-bay single-storey gabled flanking entrance end bays. Decommissioned, pre-1903. In use as pair of semi-detached single-bay single-storey houses, 1973. Now disused. Hipped slate roof (gabled to end bays) with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack, and no rainwater goods surviving on rendered eaves. Unpainted rendered, ruled and lined walls with rendered surrounds to gables. Square-headed window openings in bipartite arrangement in elliptical-headed recesses with cut-limestone sills, and four-over-four timber sash windows. Square-headed door openings in round-headed recesses with cut-granite surrounds, and timber doors. Set back from line of road in own grounds with overgrown grounds to site.
