Detached three-bay single-storey gate lodge, c.1825. Hipped slate roof with clay ridge tiles, limestone ashlar chimney stack, and iron rainwater goods on overhanging eaves having scalloped eaves boards. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with cut-limestone sills, cut-limestone shouldered surrounds having keystones, and timber casement windows. Square-headed door opening with cut-limestone block-and-start surround having keystone, and tongue-and-groove timber panelled door. Set back from line of road in grounds shared with Lodgepark House.
