Detached three-bay two-storey farmhouse, c.1900, probably incorporating fabric of earlier house, pre-1840, on site with single-bay single-storey lean-to projecting glazed porch to centre ground floor, and two-bay single-storey advanced end bay to right. Mostly refenestrated, c.1975. Hipped slate roof (hipped to end bay continuing into pitched section to rear (west) elevation) with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, rooflights, and cast-iron rainwater goods on overhanging eaves having timber brackets. Lean-to glazed roof to porch in timber frame. Ivy-clad painted roughcast walls with painted rendered piers to corners having block-and-start detailing. Camber-headed window openings with rendered sills, and replacement aluminium casement windows, c.1975, retaining some one-over-one timber sash windows. Square-headed openings to porch with glazed timber panelled door having fixed-pane flanking lights on timber sill. Camber-headed door opening to house with timber panelled door having overlight. Set back from road in own grounds. (ii) Attached five-bay two-storey outbuilding, c.1900, to west probably incorporating fabric of earlier range, pre-1840, on site with three-bay single-storey end bay to left. Pitched slate roofs with clay ridge tiles, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered squared rubble stone eaves. Painted roughcast walls. Square-headed window openings with no sills, and timber fittings. Square-headed door openings (including one to first floor) with timber lintels, and timber doors. (iii) Detached four-bay single-storey outbuilding with half-attic, c.1900, to west probably incorporating fabric of earlier range, pre-1840, on site. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, and cast-iron rainwater goods on timber eaves board. Painted roughcast walls. Square-headed door openings with timber lintels, and timber boarded doors. (iv) Detached four-bay single-storey outbuilding with half-attic, c.1900, to south-west probably incorporating fabric of earlier range, pre-1840, on site with square-headed carriageway. Hipped and pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered squared rubble stone eaves. Painted roughcast walls. Square-headed window openings with no sills, and fittings not discernible. Square-headed door openings with timber lintels, and timber boarded doors. Square-headed carriageway with timber boarded rolling door.
