Freestanding limestone ashlar monument, dated 1921, comprising inscribed pedestal on a stepped base with chamfered necking supporting obelisk having cross finial. Road fronted with sections of iron railings on painted rendered plinth, iron gate, painted rendered panelled piers having stepped capping, and painted rendered boundary wall to enclosure.
