Detached three-bay single-storey house with half-dormer attic, c.1900. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond chimney stacks, rendered coping, flat lined roofs to half-dormer attic windows, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings (in tripartite arrangement to ground floor) with cut-stone sills, one-over-one timber sash windows having one-over-one sidelights to tripartite openings, and timber casement window surmounting door opening. Square-headed door opening with replacement glazed timber door. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
