Attached three-bay two-storey house, c.1900, possibly incorporating fabric of earlier house, c.1800. Refenestrated. Pitched artificial slate roof with clay ridge tiles, roughcast chimney stack, and iron rainwater goods on timber eaves. Painted roughcast walls. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, rendered surrounds, and replacement timber casement windows. Square-headed door opening under gabled artificial slate canopy on timber brackets with rendered surround, and replacement glazed timber panelled door. Road fronted.
