Attached three-bay two-storey house, c.1825. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack, rendered coping, and no rainwater goods surviving on rendered eaves. Unpainted roughcast walls. Square-headed window openings with painted sills, and two-over-two timber sash windows having some timber casement windows with iron bars. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door. Road fronted.
