Detached three-bay two-storey house, post-1903. Hipped slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted roughcast walls with rendered strips to corners. Square-headed window openings in camber-headed recesses with painted concrete sills, rendered surrounds, and one-over-one timber sash windows having margins. Camber-headed door opening with six steps, rendered surround, timber panelled door having sidelights on panelled risers, and overlight. Set back from road in own grounds.
