Hipped artificial slate roof on a T-shaped plan centred on hipped artificial slate roof (north), roll moulded clay ridge tiles, paired rendered central chimney stacks having corbelled stepped stringcourses below capping supporting terracotta octagonal pots, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Rendered walls. Segmental-headed central door opening in segmental-headed recess approached by flight of three steps with concealed dressings having bull nose-detailed reveals framing replacement timber panelled door having overlight. Square-headed window openings with sills, and concealed dressings framing margined one-over-one timber sash windows. Set in landscaped grounds perpendicular to road with piers to perimeter having moss-covered stepped capping supporting arrow head-detailed wrought iron double gates.
