Attached two-bay two-storey house, c.1900. Pitched (shared) slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered (shared) chimney stack, and iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted rendered, ruled and lined wall to ground floor with rendered stringcourse over, and painted roughcast walls to remainder. Square-headed window openings (in bipartite arrangement to ground floor) with painted sills, one-over-one (ground floor) and two-over-two (first floor) timber sash windows. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
