Attached three-bay single-storey house with half-dormer attic, c.1875, possibly incorporating fabric of earlier house, c.1800. Pitched slate roof (gabled to half-dormer attic windows) with clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond chimney stacks, rendered coping, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted roughcast walls with rendered quoins to ends. Square-headed window openings with cut-stone sills, and one-over-one timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
