Terraced two-bay three-storey house, c.1875, on a corner site possibly incorporating fabric of earlier house, c.1800, on site with three-bay single-storey flat-roofed projecting bay to ground floor having box bay window to centre, and two-bay three-storey side (south) elevation having shopfront to ground floor. Extensively renovated. Hipped and pitched artificial slate roof reconstructed originally behind parapet (parapet removed) with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack, and iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Flat roof to projecting bay not visible. Painted rendered walls with rendered panelled channelled piers to corners, stringcourse to each floor, and iron balustrade to projecting bay on rendered plinth having panelled posts. Square-headed window openings (including to box bay window) with rendered sills, moulded rendered surrounds having keystones to first floor, and replacement uPVC casement windows retaining timber casement windows to first floor having one-over-one timber sash windows to first floor side (south) elevation. Rendered shopfront to ground floor side (south) elevation with half-fluted pilasters, square-headed openings remodelled having fixed-pane display window, glazed timber panelled door having overlight, fascia over having decorative consoles, and moulded cornice. Road fronted on a corner site with concrete brick cobbled footpath to front.
