Terraced two-bay three-storey double-pile house, c.1875. Part refenestrated. Pitched double-pile (M-profile) slate roofs with clay and decorative terracotta ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks having yellow brick Running bond courses with red brick dressings, and cast-iron rainwater goods on moulded rendered eaves. Painted rendered wall to front (east) elevation with cut-limestone stringcourse to first floor, painted rendered, ruled and lined walls to side elevations, and unpainted rendered walls to rear (west) elevation. Camber-headed window openings (square-headed window openings to rear (west) elevation having one round-headed window opening to top floor) with cut-limestone sills (on corbels to first floor), cut-limestone surrounds including block-and-start surrounds to ground floor having stringcourse to spring of arch, flush pilaster surrounds to first floor rising to 'pediments', blocked surrounds to top floor (no dressings to rear (west) elevation), and two-over-two timber sash windows having replacement uPVC casement windows to rear (west) elevation. Camber-headed door opening with cut-limestone step, cut-limestone block-and-start surround, and timber panelled door having overlight. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
